Community Guidelines

You must be 18 or older to use this app. In order to keep this app a safe environment for everyone, the following activities are prohibited:

• Posting explicit content

• Asking others for money

• Hate Speech of any kind

• Bullying or harassment

• The sale or promotion of illegal drugs and/or marijuana

• The sale of firearms

• Terrorism or terrorist content

• The posting of gratuitous violence

Please follow these guidelines. Failure to follow them may result in your account being suspended without notice.

Do not, under any circumstances, share private information such as your bank account number, work/home address, or telephone number for any reason. Use caution when interacting with strangers online.

Child Safety and Exploitation Policy

Our app has a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form. Such content or behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action, including reporting to law enforcement.

Prohibition of CSAM/CSAE

We explicitly prohibit the creation, distribution, storage, or sharing of CSAM/CSAE on our platform. This includes any content or activities that exploit or harm minors. Violations will lead to permanent account termination, removal of content, and legal reporting.

User Reporting Mechanism

Users can report suspicious or harmful content directly within the app via our in-app reporting tool (The three vertical dots in the upper right of the profile or posts). All reports are reviewed promptly, and we encourage users to notify us immediately of any potential CSAM/CSAE or safety concerns.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Unbordered app (the "Service") operated by htapps ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. Notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Unbordered has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Unbordered shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Unbordered has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content posted by users of the service. While measures have been taken to filter offensive material, it is not always possible.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
